Refund and Returns Policy

At LazySloth, comfort comes first — and that includes your shopping experience. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how refunds and returns work.


1. Return Window

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging with tags intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID / receipt) is required

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear that has been worn, washed, or used

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items

Any item returned in a damaged condition not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider — posting times may vary

  3. Reach out to your bank for processing updates

6. Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Items bought during sales or promotions are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, email us at support@lazysloth.in with your order details and issue description.
If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


8. Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for approved returns

  • If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser


9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

LazySloth is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
